Built in 2017, this luxurious downtown development features an open floor plan that includes a great room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, and 2 spacious bedrooms making this a comfortable vacation rental for any group.
The inviting living room would make anyone feel at home with its large flat-screen TV and cozy seating courtesy of the king-size sofa that includes a king sleeper for additional guests! The kitchen has everything you need and more including stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee pot that is a Keurig/Reg combo.
The dining area is decked out in rustic charm and is just right for a party of 6. The comfort extends into the bedrooms; the Master bedroom is complete with a King-sized bed while the second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms feature spacious closets and flat-screen Smart TVs, each including Blueray DVD players. This plush penthouse has wireless internet and all TVs can connect to Hulu, Netflix, and more. And did we mention the SONOS sound system?

**Items to note: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators, instead, there are 2 flights of stairs. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests. The unit has one compact reserved parking space; additional street parking is available on East 3rd Street and Baker Ave. No smoking or pets allowed on the property. Please be aware that disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
**IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. Beginning May 28th through September 6th, 2021, a ticket and parking pass will be required for the Going-To-The-Sun Road entry. This entry includes West Glacier, St. Mary, and Camas Road. Tickets must be purchased online at www.nps.gov.
